"Exchange was painless for me"
I ordered a jersey and, at least for me, it ended up fitting a little tighter than I expected, so I needed to swap it for another size. The return process was straightforward, and I didn’t really run into any major issues getting the new one sent out. It did take a few days longer than I personally hoped, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I also had a quick question and customer service got back to me, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience was good, I just think the exchange process could be a bit quicker.

It got here in about a week, which felt quick. The box looked like it had been through a tiny war, but everything inside was fine, so no big deal

I ordered my usual size and, thankfully, it fit really well. The jersey and shorts both felt true to size and weren’t too tight or uncomfortable. I’m happy with it overall, it’s such a relief when something shows up and actually fits the way you hoped

"I picked up a Fox jersey and..."
I picked up a Fox jersey and gloves a few months ago, i’ve been impressed. They feel solid, and after a bunch of rides, nothing has torn or started falling apart, which is such a relief. They were a little pricey for me, but seeing how durable they’ve been makes me feel like it was worth it. I’d definitely buy them again.
